Marbella, San Pedro, Cadiz & Gibraltar. Other activities include water park for the children, wild life park, riding, sailing, polo, diving, walking, culture and history.

Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €299
High Season Price : €999 per Week


Confirmation of your reservation / deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost, (or a minimum amount of £150 / Euros 200), will be payable when confirming your reservation. Payments can be made by bank transfers in UK£ or Euros.

Balance of rental cost / Final Payment, including a security deposit of £250 / Euros 300 is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.

Detailed directions from Malaga & Gibraltar Airports will be available as soon as full payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel for any reason, and we are able to re-let the apartment then your payment will be returned to you.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.
