Vacation Rental Description
Located just minutes from Torch Lake and Lake Michigan. This home sits on 18 acres, and backs up to A-Ga-Ming golf course. Wildlife is often spotted in the backyard. Relax on large deck located in back of house, or have a camp fire in the bonfire pit. Explore some of Northern Michigan's unique towns: including Elk Rapids, Charlevoix and Alden, all just a short drive away. If you want to travel a little farther there is Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Mackinaw and Traverse City. This is a great place to stay for families or golfers. Several items included for infants and younger children.

This house has one bedroom with a queen bed. One very large bedroom with a full bed, 2 single beds/roll aways, and a crib. And one bedroom with a bunk bed that is a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Two full bathrooms, family room with stone fireplace, loft, dining area, breakfast bar, and fully equiped kitchen.

Or complete your day with an amazing sunset on Grand Traverse Bay (Lake Michigan), just a short walk from the daypark.

House Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $850
High Season Price : $850 per Week


Rental week is Saturday @ 4pm to the following Saturday @ 11am. 50% deposit required to book, balance due 30 days before rental. $500.00 security deposit due 30 days before rental. Payment by check, money order or cash. Cancellations: deposit will be refunded up to 30 days prior to rental only if we can find another renter for that period of time.
