Our home is a 3 plus bedroom home of 2585 square feet on the Bella Toscana development, is has all the modern luxuries you would expect of a new property. It has 3+1 bedrooms with the ability to sleep 8 people comfortably; it is air conditioned for those long hot days and has a pool to relax by/in.
There is a fully fitted, luxury kitchen with electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bathroom has a jetted tub to help your relax. Our management company is UK owned and locally managed and is available every day (and outside hours in the event of an emergency). If you need to stay in touch both local and calls to the UK can be included in your holiday rental.
Bella Toscana is sited just minutes away from Champions Gate, which is the ideal location for holidaymakers looking to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. There are restaurants near by including “Chilles, Crackerbarrel, Zen, Davids Club, Trevi’s, McDonalds and more.
The house is 20 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from the Gulf coast. All the main tourist attractions are within easy reach. Our house is situated on a corner site so it has a large open plan garden surrounding the house, and a driveway to the front. The swimming pool and spa to the rear is screened and gets the sun all day. The pool can be heated on request; however this will incur an extra charge. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing and a patio table & chairs are provided on the deck area.
The pool measures 30ft x 19 ft running from 3ft to 6ft in depth enabling comfortable swimming for both adults and children. The lighting in the pool is the latest fibre optic and changes colours to provide a pleasant ambient setting for those relaxing evenings outside by the pool. You are just a short drive from Disney parks, Sea World, Universal and just a little further away is the home of the Space Shuttle and Bush Gardens. If you are into Golf some of the best public golf courses are within easy reach. However, Diving, Swimming with the Manatee and Fishing are all sports that are available. If you are a Shopaholic then Orlando is not the place to go if you are hoping for a cure, there are outlets galore and the famous names of JC Penny, Sears and Massey’s are waiting for you.
